Our classes are small, intimate and personal. We use only the best quality, organic, pasture reared, free range ingredients which have to be ordered in advance. Therefore we do not give refunds unless its more than 1 week’s notice, you can however send someone else in your place if you are unable to attend the class. Thanks for your understanding on this.
This workshop is held over 2 separate days and is a good prerequisite to any other of my classes, as the information and knowledge you learn here is the basis of your healthy cooking journey going forward.
‘The health of your gastrointestinal (GI) tract or “gut” is vital to your overall physical and mental wellbeing. Few people realise the extent to which gut health impacts how we function on a daily basis.’
Over the course of these 2 workshops, you will learn why gut health is so important, we will look at the state of the food ‘industry’ today, learn the basics of whole food nutrition, and make foods that support gut health and wholefood nutrition principles. Including lacto-fermentation, such as sauerkraut and kefir, homemade cheese and yoghurt, nut activation, bone broths and the soaking of grains and pulses.
Many people feel baffled by the confusing and contradictory advice you read and hear. After these classes the veil of confusion will be lifted and you will have a clear understanding of how to seriously nourish yourself and your family.
Note: All food prepared are free from processed food (spices and sauces), wheat and sugar, and use whole food cooking methods to ensure optimal nutritional value.
