Our classes are small, intimate and personal. We use only the best quality, organic, pasture reared, free range ingredients which have to be ordered in advance. Therefore we do not give refunds unless its more than 1 week’s notice, you can however send someone else in your place if you are unable to attend the class. Thanks for your understanding on this.

Naturally Fermented Condiments Workshop

In the workshop, we will learn the basics of fermentation and then focus on understanding the basics of condiment ferments so one could essentially make any condiment at home.
