Our classes are small, intimate and personal. We use only the best quality, organic, pasture reared, free range ingredients which have to be ordered in advance. Therefore we do not give refunds unless its more than 1 week’s notice, you can however send someone else in your place if you are unable to attend the class. Thanks for your understanding on this.

Fermentation Class with Zayaan Khan

Join us for a day of fermentation, celebrating salt as a tool to teach us the tricks of steadying time, prolonging produce beyond the season, activating completely new flavour profiles, building the pantry and enlivening our gut health.
We will learn lacto-fermentation of:
- Shredded vegetables (think sauerkraut style)
- Whole ferments (think gherkins or preserved beets)
- Layered ferments (kimchi-style)
- Citrus preserves (used in traditional Moroccan cooking)
