I found it definitely one of the best demos I have been to because it told me WHY. My husband says my food has become sensational. I have always been a keen cook and love good food and cooking good food but this brought a bit of thought into the cooking. More cerebral. Also there were a multitude of tips. Salt in the onions so they don’t burn, the bit of fat to bring the flavours together, coconut oil better at high temperatures. etc. I made stock last weekend and put a stick of cinnamon in and a star anise, and simmered it forever. Fabulous!
