Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for negligence by couriers in the delivery of your item.
Is your product suitable for low Carbohydrate diets
You need to look at the overall Carb intake for the day, and depends on what else you are eating. It is high in healthy fats and protein and so excellent for those wanting a high-fat low-carb breakfast or snack. You can also just pick the dates out if you want it low carb.
By special arrangements, we can make a keto/diabetic batch of granola for those whose diets require it. We will leave out the dates and use a little low-GI sweetener instead of the honey.
Why is this granola more expensive than others on the market?
Our granola contains no grains such as oats or buckwheat, it contains no linseeds or psyllium, all of which make a product cheaper and are gut irritants. This is a very superior product.
Why don’t you add Oats to your granola to make it cheaper?
Our product is different from the rest as we are catering for those wanting a no-grain, low-carb, highly digestible, good-for-the-gut whole food. We don’t want to compromise on that.
Why don’t you roast the granola?
Roasting destroys the natural fats of the nuts, oxidising them and deeming them toxic to our bodies.
Why not eat raw nuts?
Raw nuts contain phytic acids, lectins and other anti-nutrients that are toxic to humans, aggravate the gut and block nutrient absorption.
